Greetings, fans of the tusks and flippers!

Get ready for a red hot night of dance music! Bellingham's own 
classic rock band, the Walrus, will be rocking the house this Friday 
night, August 11th at the Fairhaven Pub and Martini Bar from 10:00 - 
1:30 aided by sound man extraordinaire, Greg Boykin.

And since you are a loyal member of this list (we love our 
fans!), get a $1 discount off the normal cover charge of $6 when you 
bring in a copy of this email.

The Walrus will also perform Sunday afternoon at La Bella Strada Arts 
Fair (in conjunction with the Chalk Art Festival) downtown. We play 
at about 4:15 at the corner of Champion & Cornwall. Support local art!

Also, back at the Fairhaven, Walt Burkett (our bass player) will be 
the featured act at the Monday Open Mic I host there. Walt is a fine 
jazz guitarist and sings fun songs. Catch him at about 10 Monday 
night at the Fairhaven.
